The role

The reference people come back to.

The guarantor is the party the person recognises as authoritative about their own health — pharmacy networks, healthcare providers. It runs the programme, it is the local reference people come back to, and it is the source of the rewards that drive the next habit. Trust is not spread across operators: it concentrates here.

The engine

Reward, not instruction.

People are not lectured: they are motivated. Moving more, sleeping better, eating better — every habit that improves opens up a benefit, and that benefit comes from someone the person already recognises as authoritative. An everyday routine that shifts, one step at a time, because it pays off.

The boundary

Habits, not events.

We do not predict, we do not diagnose and we do not raise alarms. The guarantor does not reach out because something has surfaced: it accompanies the person because they are improving, or because they have stopped. That is what keeps the model outside the diagnostic perimeter, by construction.

The guarantor holds the relationship. The rewarder makes it sustainable.
